Lucia Felipes

Lucia joined Lionheart in 2023 having graduated from the University of Exeter and quickly became an invaluable member of our school management team. There isn’t a part of school life that doesn’t involve Lucia, from ensuring our students and tutors have all the resources they need, to preparing students for public examinations, or assisting Chef Georgia in curating weekly menus and organising our school trips. As our Examination Officer, Lucia has received praise from multiple examination board inspectors for her exemplary standards.

Lucia takes great pride in fostering meaningful relationships with all students ensuring that Lionheart is a space that they can trust, and promotes them to reach their greatest potential. Lucia is a problem solver who helps our students work through any concerns or anxieties during mocks and exam preparation, ensuring they enter their final exams with little to worry about except demonstrating all of their hard work to the best of their ability.

When not working in the school, she is working on it! Each summer she transforms the school building into something better for the next academic year. Calm, warm and always ready to help, we are very lucky to work with her at Lionheart.
