For many students, true progress begins outside the classroom. Our homeschooling provision offers the structure, challenge, and flexibility that traditional settings often can’t — led by expert tutors and overseen by our in-house team.

Some families choose homeschooling with intention — recognising what their child truly needs.
Others arrive here through circumstance: a gifted learner left unchallenged by mainstream curricula, complex needs overlooked in busy systems, or family logistics that demand flexibility.
Whatever the reason, homeschooling isn’t about stepping away from education. It’s about seeking something better.

Families choose homeschooling for different reasons — flexibility, specialist support, or a more meaningful fit. We design rigorous, tailored programmes that unlock each student’s potential.
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Many autistic students thrive in quieter, more predictable learning environments. We remove common stressors — from crowded corridors to sensory overload — and build tailored programmes that support motivation, focus, and emotional regulation.
Attention Deficit Disorder
Children with ADHD benefit from flexible schedules and reduced screen time that homeschooling provides. Our movement-integrated programmes channel hyperactivity constructively while building executive function skills through structured routines and immediate feedback.
Special Educational Needs
Parents choose homeschooling when schools cannot adequately meet their child's needs. Our SEND specialists create individualized programmes that celebrate differences while maintaining coordination with local authorities for statutory requirements.
EHCP Support
Complete EHCP implementation within flexible homeschooling frameworks. Unlike schools struggling with resources, we ensure every statutory requirement is met through bespoke educational approaches designed around your child's specific needs.
Mental Health
Many families find that homeschooling creates a calmer, more balanced environment. We support students experiencing school-related anxiety, school refusal or low mood — offering therapeutic learning that prioritises wellbeing while keeping academic progress on track.
School Exclusion
Swift, stabilising support when mainstream education breaks down. We work quickly to restore structure, rebuild confidence, and address the deeper causes — helping students re-engage and move forward with purpose.
Behavioural Issues
Homeschooling reduces stress for families dealing with behavioural challenges. Our positive frameworks understand that complex behaviour often masks unmet educational needs or learning differences requiring specialist intervention.
Accelerated Learners
For exceptionally able students, homeschooling offers the freedom to move faster, go deeper, and think more independently. Our enriched programmes stretch bright minds while supporting emotional maturity and long-term development.
Creative Talent & Sports Stars
Our programmes give talented young athletes and creatives the flexibility to train, travel and compete — without compromising academic excellence. We balance rigorous study with tailored scheduling, ensuring every student can pursue their passion and their education at the highest level.

We’re here to answer any questions you may have about homeschooling
Speak with our teamIt is legal to educate your child at home in the UK. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure their child is given access to a proper full-time education. This does not have to take place via a school, or follow the National Curriculum.
The short answer is yes. Even if your child has an EHCP in place, if you feel the current school is not meeting the needs of your child, you can opt to teach them at home. However, if your child attends a Special School which has been arranged for by the local authority, then you will need their permission before pulling your child out of that school.
Again, there is no legal minimum requirement for how many hours each week your child needs to be studying. At Lionheart, we will put together a programme that works best for your child, whether it is starting slowly and gradually building up, or diving straight in.
Absolutely. Our students sit examinations at our registered London examination centre. We handle all registration, preparation, and administrative requirements for IGCSEs, GCSEs, A-Levels, and university entrance requirements.
Learn MoreUniversities actively welcome homeschooled students who often demonstrate strong independent learning skills. We provide comprehensive UCAS support, interview preparation, and have successful track records with Russell Group universities including Oxford and Cambridge.
Learn MoreHomeschooled children often have richer social experiences, interacting with people of all ages rather than just same-age peers. Many of our students join extracurricular groups, sports clubs, drama societies, and community activities.
Learn MoreWe create completely bespoke curricula tailored to your child’s needs, interests, and academic goals. You don’t need teaching experience—our specialists design and guide the entire educational programme.
Learn MoreYes, this is one of homeschooling’s greatest advantages. Our programmes are designed to travel with your family anywhere in the world, with curriculum delivery that adapts to different time zones and cultural environments.
We offer comprehensive family consultations to assess whether homeschooling suits your child’s learning style, family circumstances, and long-term goals. This isn’t about selling a programme—it’s about finding the right educational fit.
