Director of Education
Oliver Milton
Oliver joined Lionheart in 2018 as Director of Education, bringing ten years of teaching, leadership and pastoral experience in schools. He works primarily within the school at Lionheart where he oversees SEND provision, and the humanities and social sciences subject areas. He is the Designated Safeguarding Lead for Lionheart.
After graduating from UCL with first class honours in European Social & Political Studies, Oliver completed his PGCE at the Institute of Education, and later, the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership. He has taught in an ‘outstanding’ girl’s school in south London, and a leading independent sixth-form college, where he held various academic and pastoral leadership responsibilities, including Head of Faculty and Head of Upper Sixth.
Oliver is currently pursuing a doctorate in existential psychotherapy, with a keen interest in neurodiversity. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, graphic novels and chess.com!
