Lauren Gumede is the Head of Client Services at Lionheart Education, where she leads the client journey from initial enquiry through to ongoing academic support. With a background in teaching, lecturing, education sales, and client services leadership, Lauren brings a unique combination of educational insight and customer-focused expertise to her role.
